Well we called us the Mississippi Sheiks, all of us Chatmons, cause my name is Bo Chatman only they call me Bo Carter. We toured with the band right through the country; through the Delta, through Louisiana down to New Orleans, serenadin' - Bo Carter
Hi, everyone! I believe this is my second post in this forum. I'm country blues fan from Canada. Here is my take on "Kansas City Blues" by Jim Jackson, played on my 1920s Stella Grand Concert. Hope you all enjoy and please take care! Best.
Hi Alex, Your time really sounds good, and your playing has a nice easy flow to it, and your singing sounds good, too--you could afford to project a little more in your singing, for my taste. I'd be happy to hear it louder, relative to the guitar. Nice job! All best, Johnm

Thank you so much for the advice, John! I will work on that part. Hope you're doing well. Best to you!
That's great Alex, well done. Can I ask what kind of guitar you're playing?
Thank you Eric! It's a 1920s' Oscar Schmidt Stella Grand Concert size. I got it for cheap because it needs a neck reset, but plays okay for country blues. Hope this helps.
