Trying out my new 12 String El Trovador.

That was a good job too, all I had to do when a lady came in to try on a pair of shoes was just to lace up her laces. But the boss fired me there, said I got above my job - Chris Bouchillon, Born In Hard Luck

Very enjoyable Tom. Loved it. I sure would like to hear that one up close to in acoustic setting. Is that one a long scale model with 12? If so, that's certainly the way to go. I have an original 6 string model from '33 and love it. I like the new 6 strings almost as much. I was just always worried about the 12 string model being kinda harder to control the sound but it seems like your having success at it. Do you have time to mention the scale of the guitar and what kind of string gauges and tuning are working well for you? Sure wish I could try one sometime.
P.S. and I wish more people played BBQ Bob songs or this Curley Weaver style. My favorite verse of all times by Weaver or Hicks is... See two women running hand in hand, repeat Know by that one got the other ones man sustaireblues
Woo-hoooo Tom!
I'd call that a great first post! Welcome and keep 'em coming. I love me some 12 string slide, gonna be working on that one. Joe -
