Those who follow or think about the future of CB and music from the roots may be interested (and amused) to know that homegrown musical savant Jerron (aka Zeno aka Blind Boy) Paxton recently received his degree from Boston's fame-branded Berklee College of Music.
While it's truly a formality in the musical sense, I imagine that Jerron has a use for the paper as the decades fly by.

Port Townsend blues campers and NYC denizens may know Jerron. While most of us will probably miss him in Huntington Beach tonight (with opener Chino Swingslide from Barcelona), or at Santa Monica at McCabe's tomorrow night, or at an Encino house concert on Saturday (with proceeds going to Citizens' Climate Lobby), the PBS show should provide Jerron with a little screentime. Of course, you can always check his (oy - social media) Facebook page for clips; one, buried deep in his timeline, features a hilarious interview with an Israeli radio broadcaster.
