Title: Accompaniment on early Roosevelt Sykes tunes
Post by: Coyote Slim on September 01, 2007, 11:30:09 AM
I got the new Document 2 CD "Essential Roosevelt Sykes" a few months ago and it doesn't say who is accompanying him on some tunes.  For instance on "All my money gone" there's a guitar that sounds Henry Townsendish, and on "Jet Black Snake" a guitar that sounds like Tampa Red's style.

If anyone can shed light on this for me, I would greatly appreciate it!
