Hey guys!
Been in the studio lately recording a new album, just wanted to share some pics.
The microphones we use are just awesome, the oldest one's from the 1930's..!! :) Really cool!
We're aiming for a release in February 2013.

Vintage mics!! The one to the right is from 1934..!!
Could very well be the type used for recording many of the old 78's we're listening to?! :D

Mid-30's no-name spider-reso, 1933 National Duolian, 1931 Levin guitar banjo.

Stereo mic for the vocals and a 1950's ribbon mic for the guitar.
It's really fun to use many different vintage instruments on this CD!
The sound on the recordings is amazingly natural..
And this sure is exciting, folks!! :)

Absolutely Joe, it's great fun!! Feels like it's gonna be a good album.
I'm totally floored about the sound, these old mics really gives my voice and all the instruments a great warm tone!! :)
