Came across this on a media blog I read regularly and thought some folks might find it interesting -- it's Farm Services Administration pics of the Depression and early WWII years taken in color -- some really great stuff:

I stumbled upon these once before but had forgotten about them. Just terrific, thanks! Like Thomas Hart Benton and Reginald Marsh paintings come to life.
