It was along about that time that Blind Lemon Jefferson came through, and he stayed around there about a month. He stayed with the other colored fellows and they worked on the railroad there; he'd just sing and play to entertain the men in the work camp. I think that right about there I started on the guitar - Hobart Smith recalls Lemon in Virginia, c. WWI, from Blacks, Whites and Blues by Tony Russell

This is where I am at this moment with this lovely tune. Quite rough, I know.... Hopefully I'll have it down in a decade or two...!

I thought maybe you were going to rip up some electric blues with that 335 style logo... !
It was sweet, good solid playing. Is it a particular version you're working with?

Thanks JP! I am not to sure what you mean with "logo" though,  and didnt quite get the 335 thing.  Did Gibson use birds on any of their guitars? I might be missing something methinks....
