In the documented  Les Blank ‎? The Blues Accordin' To Lightnin Hopkins'  at around 7:42  You will see Mance Lipscomb Play a  Secret Song With Lightning Hopkins could someone tell me the name of the song, key ... history of the song please !!!

No idea what Mance or Lightnin' might have called it, but the melody and accompaniment seems to be to be very similar to Easy/C.C. Rider. Here's a Leadbelly recording that speaks the same general language:

That's Mance Lipscomb's 'Cried All Night' - no guitar at hand, but that signature riff is an E riff, so I'd say key of E, standard tuning, although he may be up or down in the pitch maybe a half step.
