Topic: Buddy Moss - 7 string guitar?

Hi all, just was looking at a close up of one of the Buddy Moss prison photos on the Jas Obrecht site and it looks like the guitar might be a seven string with a doubled G maybe?  Anybody else see this or hear a doubled set in any of his recordings?  Thanks, Scott

Looks like an extra tuner screwed into the tip of the head, much as Big Joe added his tuners. Hard to tell for sure what string is being added but looks like a 3rd as you say. Interesting!
