Alvarez hollow body question

I was in a guitar shop a few weeks ago and came across a nice looking Alvarez hollow body guitar with a P90 style neck pickup; the model number was AD65e. Has anyone here had any experience with these particular guitars? Apparently they've been discontinued by Alvarez and I can barely find any information about them using Google.
