Over the last few days we've been busy behind the scenes. Hopefully you didn't notice it but the whole site was in pieces on the garage floor at various points --- SAD!
We upgraded weeniecampbell's infrastructure software to their latest versions. We did this so we could a) remain current and b) grab some new functionality that required higher release levels.
The updates went in, all things considered, very smoothly and we believe we nailed most of the problems while live testing. However, if anyone spots any issues or problems with any aspect of the functioning of the forum or weeniepedia please post on this thread.
Thanks,
Rivers

The need for solid video support in weeniepedia started the odyssey. We thought we just had one update to do but everything depended on, um, everything else being on newer releases. We ended up bringing multiple infrastructure elements bang up to date including the forum, weeniepedia and the scripting engine that you never see but nothing would work without it.
The wiki has much better editing functionality which will make Johnm's life easier. We're still finding new functionality, I'll post if there's anything that you can see or use.
Thanks guys, it was our pleasure, and actually a lot of fun. Slack, Johnm and myself generated a lot messages of the 'WTF?' variety as we worked on it over multiple days.
Given the potential for complete chaos we were all perhaps a little surprised that, once we'd figured out the issues at each step, it all went as smoothly as it did. I have great respect for the developers of the core packages that make weenie possible, and we all should feel good about everything now being up to date.
