Recommandation to classic albums to must have

Hi, someone can tell me albums to be must have for beginning a blues discography please?

TonyGilroy:

I started 45 years ago with Paul Oliver's Story Of The Blues which is still available. I think you have to hear a variety of stuff to see what you like and then investigate further. I think that's better than being given a name of a performer and being told that that's who you should listen to.

I'd go on Amazon and browse their cheapest blues issues. I do that looking for bargains and you'll find hundreds of CDs that cost little more than postage.

Pick some various artists albums and for virtually no cost you'll get a taste of what exists.

micke57:
Thank you for your recommandation.

I would have recommandation because I see on many album of a artist they have many same songs and I would know the must have albums to have of artists.
