Gayle Dean Wardlow interviews now heard online
« on: April 22, 2006, 04:38:33 AM »
Gayle Dean Wardlow interviewed two key people in 1969.......H.C. Speir (early blues talent broker) and Alfred Schultz (pressing plant foreman for the New York Recording Laboratories).  To my knowledge, these have not been issued on the Internet until now.

Hi revmac,

Thanks for posting this. Very interesting listening, even for just hearing Wardlow's interview technique. And welcome to WeenieCampbell!

For those who want to go straight to the HC Speir interview, it comes about 20 minutes in.
